Spacious 2 bedroom big apartment with balconies and great views. Exceptionally warm, helpful staff. I feel that we have become friends. They are even helping us sell the car, as we cannot bring it in to Vietnam. Anything I have asked for helping us, has been no problem. Great food, can eat any hour you are hungry, every meal has been beautiful. Love the rooftop garden with the Jacuzzi.

Clean and spacious apartment with 2 rooms, a big fridge,a kettle, a big bed. It's not so hot in the apartment. The personal is very friendly, they try to help with any problem if any. The location is good, there are many cafes, banks nearby. Besides there's an exchange office "Ly hour exchange" within 10 minutes walk.

I liked everything about the hotel, I have nothing but praise for the professionalism and curtesy of the staff, I did a lot of research for booking my holiday in Phnom Penh as this was my first visit. I most certainly made the right choice. The room was amazing with a wonderful view of the pool and Royal Palace exactly as advertised. The breakfast was exceptional with choices to suit any palate. The pool was fantastic and maintained to a very high standard, there are too many positives to list. This will not be my last stay at the Palace Gate Hotel and would highly recommend this hotel.
