Great place to stay, very clean and friendly staff. The rooftop pool has a fantastic view. The apartments are big and have everything you need. The free tuk tuk was great and handy to get around in.

We had the most amazing stay at Jaya Suites Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire visit. Good people, and good value for money. The washing machine for my fiancee, the best deal. She likes to wash our clothes before we go to places in cambodia. And also, we are assigned to the higher floor, we asked if we can be transfered to our usual room from our previous stay, they said yes, since it was not taken.. So we love it there.

A comfortable, spacious apartment with good facilities - a rooftop pool with great views and clean, clear water. Its a serviced apartment rather than a hotel suite, but the staff were helpful by, for example, ensuring our wifi was working after an initial hiccup. The kitchen and balcony and really nice and we enjoyed breakfast overlooking the streets below. The location is good for the Toul Kork area, and although a little far from some of the tourist areas, it is closer to the airport.
