We loved our stay at The Urban. Even before arriving, we received an email not long after booking to arrange a free transfer from the airport. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink and delicious local fruit. The staff were all super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay - we booked a fantastic private tour of Angkor Wat, all arranged through the hotel at a great price compared to other tours we’d seen online. Our room was clean, comfortable and just as described and the pool was a peaceful spot to unwind after exploring Siem Reap. One of our favorite parts of The Urban was the location - it’s easy walking distance (2-5 minutes) from night markets, pub street and lots of restaurants but is just far enough out of the busy areas so it’s nice and quite. 100% recommend and we’ll definitely stay again when we’re back in Siem Reap.

A beautiful stay here at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The restaurant had an amazing chef and the waiters were so forthcoming. I was sceptical eating sushi there, but it was so fresh and delicious. Even our 5 year old son enjoyed the kitchen there. Rooms were cleaned every day. Beds were very comfortable. The pool area was such a beautiful place to relax. We organized our tour to Angkor via the hotel and it was great. We will definitely visit again

2nd visit here, and it was just as good as the first. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great place to chill out. V good breakfast and nice pool. Very good value for money. We will be back!

Everything was perfect. Room and bathroom spacious and comfortable, amazing bathtub and shower. Restaurant has amazing and fresh b’fast. on short notice organise for me tuk tuk and tour guide that took care of me for 3 days of sightseeing. The highlight of my trip was kind and friendly staff that made me feel welcome and very comfortable. They made my stay memorable and so easy, took all the stress of planing and looking away. thank you and I will be back!

The staff was super friendly, helpful, welcoming and polite. They really care about the guests and make us feel very comfortable. The location is excellent! The rooms were spacious and clean, the swimming pool was really nice. The whole hotel is clean. They provide cold towels and tea at the reception which is a very nice touch. They also gave us a parting gift which is very thoughtful of them. We loved the cats that hanged out by the pool and the staff seem to respect them, which is great! We would definitely come back and recommend

This is an amazing place, although close to downtown, it has a feel of being away from the city. We travelled here with our kids. Room was spacious and clean and beds were super comfortable and the swimming pool was awesome. The staff was superb, welcoming, kind and always available if we needed anything. We would love to return here and we highly recommend it.
