Hotels in Gwanganri, Busan

Loved how new, modern, and clean it was! The vibe was really cool too. Loved the buffet breakfast! We will be back again if we visit Busan again in future.

The hotel was centrally located and close to public transport options - subway and bus. We booked a three bedded room and there was so much space to lay out our things, there was dedicated seating and table area as well. The beds were very comfortable and firm - perfect for us. However if you prefer a softer bed, this might too firm for you. There is also a free laundry area for guests to use - which was greatly appreciated! But the real gem in this hotel were the concierge staff. They were very helpful and professional; despite not speaking English we were able to communicate well with them using translation apps. We were checked in by a young woman about two hours before we could enter our room, but the hotel had already organised and cleaned our room so it was ready by the time we arrived. We encountered a mishap with our taxi transport on the way to this hotel, and the young woman at reception immediately jumped into action - no questions asked. She called many numbers to try and get hold of the taxi driver (luckily one of my friends took a photo of his registration on the dashboard) who dropped us off to help retrieve an item my friend accidentally left in the taxi. Without her help, I don't think we could have managed to get my friend's item back. We are so grateful for your help! On check out day, we were helped by a man at reception on booking a taxi for us with our numerous luggages. He was very patient and gave good explanations using a translation app. He walked us out to the meeting point and communicated with the taxi driver for us. We are grateful to your staff for being so helpful, kind and professional. Despite not being able to communicate through a common language, you all made so much effort to help us with the challenges we had.

Top notch 5star hotel in every way.

This place was amazing - the location, the interior design, the view. I loved it :) And the heated toilet was an extra what I didn't expect.

Food superb, cakes, cookies, pastries all very well made. Staff super supportive, they helped me buying ticket online patiently. Room comfortable, coffee bar super trendy. Relaxing atmosphere. Delicious breakfast. Truly felt at home. Would love to come back soon. Big thanks to all staff who made me feel welcome.

This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Super clean, super nice, super comfortable, super location, super welcoming, super price, and you even get a welcome coffee, toothbrush and a razor if you've lost yours... Super cheap laundry and drying in the hostel... Even a small breakfast. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was sad to leave this place.

It's perfect . It's actually the first time I've traveled to Busan properly in Korea, and this hotel made my time perfect. It's close to Yongdusan Park and almost right in front of Nampo Station, the friendly staff, the new interior, the cared tea, beds and blankets, all of which made this trip perfect. there are also so many usb charge port. anywhere! it is very useful thing to me. Thank you.

Very spacious: we were only 4 but I think our booking would have suit for at least another group of 4 or 5 people. There were 2 connecting apartments, each one with its private bathroom, kitchen (completed with amenities), living room. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean. They also have a steam/sanitizer closet clothing machine which is the best when you come back from A samgyeopsal based dinner. Pretty view.

The location is great. Rooms are perfectly equipped. Very comfortable beds, pillows.
