Very good location near the fish market, food streets and a shopping area. I would choose this for staying instead of Hyuendai area which is very touristy. Receptionist recommended restaurants and things to do around Busan which turned out to be great choices. Rooms were clean and well furbished. I would stay here again whenever visiting Busan.

Everything were great , nice location nice staff nice coffee etc... Prefect for group and family.
About the location, just a 3 mins walk from MTR Nampo stations , for those bring a big suitcase with you then use elevator at Exit 5. Gwangbok-ro Fashion Street is around the corner so you can get anything you want.
Staff are helpful and talkative, good to sharing some travel experience and learn a little bit Korean culture-)

The location was great! Walkable to Gukje Market, BIFF square and Jagalchi market. It was very close to Busan station too, few bus stops away, and we left Busan via train so it was very convenient. Area around the building is a little hilly, much like the whole of Busan so not much choices there.
The room had sufficient space for us to open 2 luggages in the same space and still be able to walk around comfortably. There was also a bath tub in my room (twin), though my friend’s separate room (double) did not have it. But this is not a key factor. Both toilets were spacious and comfortable too.
Staff was also very helpful and polite, which I appreciate.
