The staff - James was exceptional helpful! We flew in Busan with 2 bikes, and we plan to cycle to Seoul. But sending the bike bags to Seoul was a bit complicated and challenging… James helped us with lots of efforts and sent out the packages! We were so moved by their hospitality and kindness!!

Very nice modern hotel near of West bus station and Sasang train station, 15 minutes far from metro station and 3 minutes to city bus station. Large rooms, bathtub, lots of cosmetics, very comfortable large bed, warming toilet seat, good working AC, view to mountain, fine breakfast (bread, noodles, cheese or ham, tomatoes, kimchi, milk...) Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay here

Ease of check in and check out without time consuming procedures, the location that is so close to public transport, all the in room amenities provided are top notch, the view from the room was also amazing, the peaceful environment, helpful and friendly staff who tried their best to go out of their way and help us out especially considering the language barrier. Overall the property is an absolute 10/10 deal and our entire stay was very comfortable, would definitely recommend this property.

Very kind and lovely owners and staff!! Great location if you arrive by bus to Seobu Bus Terminal (West Busan) and loads of places to eat (and go shopping) nearby. We stayed here twice and had great rooms both times, well equipped with tons of amenities and with an interesting interior design (all floors are differently themed!). Arriving there with our bicycles was no problem, we could store them in the building. They were helping us out very generously, when we needed assistance! Thank you for everything and all the best to you!!

The location is great, EX12 has elevator, and it is very close to GEM STAY and their is a convenience store in the first floor. Besides, there is a wowpass machine just in this convenience store, how perfect it is !!! No need to face to face then check-in is very convenient, they sent password before we arrive. And everything in the room is very very sufficient. Very very crecommend.!!! But there is one thing, I am confused, should we thorw our garbage by ourselves? or we just leave in the room?
