Hotels in Sasang-Gu, Busan

It was right next to the Sasang station, close to the Gimhae Int airport, 5-10min train ride. So clean, new, and modern. Quiet too. There was a supermarket around the corner to buy some snacks and fruits.

Communication via messaging is swift and responsive. Cleanliness, amenities, smart use of the space etc are impeccable too!

We had a great stay at Hotel Prima Busan. The rooms had all the amenities and were very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. It is not too far from the airport, so it's very easy to reach with metro or taxi.

Front desk staff are old people and therefore know how to treat guests very well. The place is very clean. Value of money is well worth it. For $60 per night, our room has everything (microwave, desktop, utensils sterilizer, bath tub, tv, ref, a table with two chairs, complete amenities). It’s awesome! We arrive there last minute as we missed our flight so we didn’t have any Korean money, yet they let us stayed there and even bother asking for any of our identification or anything. We felt welcomed. One of the best hotels in many of the hotels we stayed in.

Cleaned and tidy. All facilities are available. All bathroom facilities are cleaned.

The hotel was centrally located and close to public transport options - subway and bus. We booked a three bedded room and there was so much space to lay out our things, there was dedicated seating and table area as well. The beds were very comfortable and firm - perfect for us. However if you prefer a softer bed, this might too firm for you. There is also a free laundry area for guests to use - which was greatly appreciated! But the real gem in this hotel were the concierge staff. They were very helpful and professional; despite not speaking English we were able to communicate well with them using translation apps. We were checked in by a young woman about two hours before we could enter our room, but the hotel had already organised and cleaned our room so it was ready by the time we arrived. We encountered a mishap with our taxi transport on the way to this hotel, and the young woman at reception immediately jumped into action - no questions asked. She called many numbers to try and get hold of the taxi driver (luckily one of my friends took a photo of his registration on the dashboard) who dropped us off to help retrieve an item my friend accidentally left in the taxi. Without her help, I don't think we could have managed to get my friend's item back. We are so grateful for your help! On check out day, we were helped by a man at reception on booking a taxi for us with our numerous luggages. He was very patient and gave good explanations using a translation app. He walked us out to the meeting point and communicated with the taxi driver for us. We are grateful to your staff for being so helpful, kind and professional. Despite not being able to communicate through a common language, you all made so much effort to help us with the challenges we had.

From the check-in to the check-, all impeccably managed by the extremely kind stuff. Pity to have spent here one night only! I loved everything, but if I really have to choose I will mention 3 best things: postcards, record player, breakfast. Amazing.

Excellent lovation & social lobby

The staff at reception were excellent and very friendly. They were always happy to assist and gave us really good information. Having a balcony room was so special and we loved the quality of the fixtures and fittings.
