Mr. Shim is an excellent host. He is incredibly attentive and always there to help. We mentioned we wanted to ski and he made arrangements for us to rent the ski equipment at the Phoenix Ski Park. When we drove there, we were greeted so kindly and they even sorted our parking and sent us to the ski park and pick us up once we were done.

I stayed here with my family of 6 and loved it so much! Snowy outside and warm as toast inside with plenty of room for all of us. The owner was so kind and immediately jumped on a sled down the slope with my youngest child to show her not to be scared. We all had an amazing time in Jinbu and wished we could have stayed longer. Already planning a trip back!

Thanks to the kind assistance of the staff, they helped me with a refund for the remaining 3 nights, and I was truly touched by their generosity. The accommodation was incredibly warm and tidy. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms as well as the closeness to the ski fields. There were many eateries within walking distance. The resort bus also picks you up from Jinbu KTX Station to the resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Holiday Inn Resort Alpensia Pyeongchang offers direct access to ski slopes in winter and to the private 27-hole golf course in summer.

Very efficient check-in and check-out. Staff were very friendly, fast and responsive, even housekeeping. Doorstep to ski sport. Super love it!!! Close to a lot of restaurants and convenience store. The view from room was spellbinding.
