Using Offstay was one of the highlights of this trip.
The accommodation was even more beautiful than the photos, very clean, and the host responded quickly and kindly to all my questions.
I will definitely choose Offstay again for my next visit to Seoul.

The size of the accommodation was suitable and it was very clean, so I was satisfied. In particular, I liked the interior and it was good because it had a variety of convenience facilities. The location of the accommodation was also in the station area, so I was able to easily find the planned travel destination. Generally, I am satisfied and willing to come back.
Urban Terrace Suite House is an apartment located in the Gangseo-Gu district of Seoul. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay.

I really liked the location. Since we went to a concert it was very close and convenient. There were also many restaurants around so we had no difficulty in getting something to eat. The host was very helpful when we wanted to check in earlier so it was such a good experience. I highly recommend.

We stayed in Stay Hwagok for 14 days in October. We were looking for a local home experience and not a hotel.
The house is close to the Hwagok Metro Station and convenient close to shopping and groceries.
The house lies in a very calm and quiet little street, yet close to the lively Hwagok area where there is plenty of shopping and places to eat.
The house was equipped with clean towels, shampoo, bodywash, clean bedding and was very clean and functional itself.
There was a washing machine with detergent available and the kitchen was also stocked with basic needs - such as salt, pepper and cooking oil.
Before arrival we had a small issue with our payment, but the host was kind enough to help us sort it out and ensure our stay.
The communication with the host was flawless. She was very kind, helpful and always very prompt in replying to our inquiries.
After a few days with warm weather, it got a bit chilly and our host contacted us to ensure that the house was warm enough and guided us to use the automatic heating system.
There was good space in the three bedrooms, common area and the kitchen.
There was good WIFI and a big and functional flatscreen tv.
There is a small terrace with an awning - we didn't use it due to the colder weather in October, but it gives a nice space around the house as does the the big entrance area in front of the house.
The house provided a great local feel of living in Korea.
If we return to Korea we would surely ask to stay in the same house again :-)
