It was nice and clean with good facilities. A washing machine and dryer are provided which was very convenient, all with instructions on how to use in english. Comfortable sleeping arrangements too. It was a great stay.

Everything is 10!! I mean the room is super comfy and very big for 1 person, the bed is softer than I thought. Also the scent in the room makes me relax more I like that the owner has provided convenience for me to pick me up at the Sillim station and fast response 👍 And for anyone that is abit introvert like me and don't want to live in the middle of the town (and the location is also not too far away + I think it's quite budget comparing to other choices) this would really be good choice to stay

I express a huge thank you to the landlord for his courtesy, understanding and hospitality! The apartments were provided in the best condition (new, only after repair). They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a large washer and dryer, disposable bathroom supplies, cleaning supplies, towels and other necessities. The location is very convenient, close to all transportation and attractions. The air, floor and water temperature is regulated and being on the first floor of the building makes the apartment very affordable! Many thanks to the owner for a pleasant stay. the apartment has a lot of different interior design details, many different light sources, which makes the apartment very cozy. It was very pleasant to be in this apartment, I didn't want to move out.

bus station was in front of our house and it only took 5 mins to get to sindaebang station (Line 2) - the location was really convenient, and i loved it ! i will come back soon! ^^
