Room space was great, the bathroom was a good size and everything was super clean. Bed, pillows and duvet were super comfortable. Also, curtains were full blackout. The hotel amenities were great (hair dryer too!), and they had free water on the 2nd floor, small gym, printer, and vending machine. We needed to do a late checkout, and they were very accommodating and provided fair fees to make it work. Close to a subway line.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Honak (traditional Korean house) 2 months ago. Fully equipped and have everything you need. It's quiet at night, which we love it. It's atmosphere, exquisite Korean heritage and culture were impeccable. The host was friendly and allowing us to stored our luggage few hours prior check-in time and so we strolled around the area. Love the environment 🫶 .. walking distance (approx. 10mins) to Anguk train station so it's very convenient.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay in Four Seasons during the Christmas/ New Year holidays. The location was walking distance to where the NYC was held and although it was expected for a lot of visitors to come to the hotel due to the season, all the staff were very attentive to everyone's needs. Requests came at a very acceptable turn around time, rooms and common areas were squeaky clean, the "little personal touches" before bed time were well- thought off. I would definitely recommend this hotel and go back there again.

We were three girls traveling together and booked their only apartment on the top floor. There’s no lift, but we honestly didn’t mind at all. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and newly renovated, with everything we needed (washing machine, separate toilet/bathroom, and daily housekeeping which was a lovely surprise). What truly made this stay unforgettable were the owners, Mr. Lee and his family. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly attentive. Jason messaged us before arrival to help with directions and luggage, and throughout our stay both he and Mr. Lee were always ready with tips, guidance, and checked in on us, whether it was late night or early morning. Their kind gestures went far beyond what you’d expect from a hotel. They even hosted a small chicken gathering for us on our last night, which was one of the highlights of our trip. Their warmth, thoughtfulness, and constant presence made us feel not just welcome, but at home. The hotel also felt very safe as the entrance is only accessible with your room key, and Mr. Lee would stay awake until all the guests had returned at night, which gave us so much peace of mind. The location is also excellent. Just a minute’s walk from Jongno 5-ga station, with buses right outside that take you across the city (Myeongdong was just one bus away). Dongdaemun is also a short, scenic walk along the stream. We felt completely safe returning late at night, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby. Gwangjang Market is only a 5-minute walk. The building itself is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, with cooling air conditioners on every floor, a clean and spacious rooftop terrace, and a welcoming lobby where tea, coffee, and biscuits are always available. But above all, it’s the people who made this place so special. Mr. and Mrs. Lee, along with Jason and Henry, go above and beyond in a way that’s rare to find.

The spa is small, but very serene. The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was great and so were the noodles at night. Everyone working in the hotel was very polite and helpful. The location is good to see points of interest with subway stations and bus stops nearby.

My partner lost his wallet on the first day in a taxi. The staff were so helpful, they helped us find the taxi driver by calling the taxi company. We are just super grateful to the staff. The room was very nice and clean and the bathroom as well. The location is amazing for tourists.

Mr Hans was super helpful, I got lost late night because the taxi driver dropped me off at another alley and I could not see well at night. I sent him a message here and he went out of his way to find me and help with my luggage. I will always recommend this share house. It is walking distance to the train station and main road (if you will take a taxi instead). It is also near the Sejong Food alley for local Korean beef then Paris Baguette for sandwiches and if you find yourself having trouble with local shops, you can go to Chicken in the Chicken where the owner speaks good Englsh. The room is just ok for a single traveler and it has a private bathroom which was great. Amenities were good, they have a ref, washing machine, free water and coffee.
