Staff are verry helpful, especially Consierge Hamid. He is friendly, always has a smile and a good word plus excelent driving skills. Hotel is verry clean, rooms are soundproof (you cannot hear the neighbour music, etc). Verry good service, i always use Millenium when i travel to Kuwait 💜

This hotel is absolutely lovely - the level of service is unmatched. All of the staff are incredible attentive and will do their absolute best to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are sparkling clean and tended to thoroughly every day. The breakfast is at convenient hours and with great quality fresh food, anyone would find something for their taste. The reception also organized a transfer from and to the airport which was very convenient.

This was my fourth time spending time at the resort and it is always a good time. The rooms and facilities are top notch. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially the receptionist Ramy who put in the extra effort to make our stay as smooth as possible. Would recommend 10/10.
