The staff Lubna and Nader were extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. They upgraded our room and provided cake for our anniversary which was a beautiful gesture. The staff were very friendly and attentive to my requests. The suite was clean and spacious. Everything was new and modern and there were no issues in the suite. The AC units are incredible as it was very hot when I was there, but the ACs kep the suite cool. Also loved the complimentary fruit plate.

The location is amazing: Right in the center of the stunning Gemmayze neighbourhood we were lucky to find this peaceful oasis. Spacious rooms and friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. Breakfast was great and you can start your day with hanging out in the Lost Bar watching the busy streetlife. Parking is available on a nearby parkinglot (paid seperately). Like all the buildings in this neighbourhood the Lost Hotel has no lift but the staff is happy to help you with your luggage. This is an authentic experience in Beirut and we will certainly put this on the top of our list when we return to this amazing, beautiful city.

Absolutely everything. Very clean, very comfortable and the service was exceptional from the receptionists to the housekeepers. The rooftop pool was a great atmosphere and nice views of the city. Can’t wait to return!
