Truly five star experience, from the time we entered , valet to reception , restaurant staff to life guards were amazing n made us feel special n welcome from their hearts . Also the French , Chinese and Wine restaurants along with sweet factory was just exceptional. Props to the management.

It is a beautiful place in a quiet area in the downtown core of Columbo. The beds are good, it's clean and well kept, very nicely decorated.

We travelled to Colombo for business purposes and a series of meetings. On check-in, we were upgraded to a suite due to the duration of our stay. -The staff are excellent, both Pathmi and Silva are helpful, kind, and do a wonderful job of hosting their guests -The place is spotless and they make sure it stays that way -They serve a wonderful breakfast of fruit, eggs, and toast every morning -Benjamin (the manager) made himself available via whatsapp and was helpful in providing tips and accomodating special requests -I loved the furnishings and the general vibe of the place. It feels like an oasis! -Comfy bed, clean linens, clean bathroom. I am picky on hygiene -Value for money is on point
