Beautiful room with AC and big bathroom with lovely warm water shower with pressure! Lovely house with a sit out balcony and in a quiet and up market locality lane very close to the coast road. The room and the linen were spotless.. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Nawab was superb, and checking on our arrival and thanks to the 24 hour check in he was there to show us in late at night despite our delayed train. He also offered us a great late night restaurant recommendation that was really what we needed. Thanks Nawab. If in Colombo we stay here only :)

Functions more like an air bnb than a hotel. Only 3 or so rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful host (Kishan) that made the stay very pleasant. Very good value for money. Clean and spacious room. Modern bathroom.
