Such a cute place! The room was big enough the shower was amazing!! Hot shower with good pressure and big enough to put our stuff there. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was kind enough to explain to us everything that we needed. The yoga room have amazing views at sunrise and sunset

Fantastic stay in a central but quiet position, 10 min walk to Victoria Park or downtown. Very c9mfortabke stay.We lived the patio with the 2 swings, the enormous jacuzzi and plenty of hot water, the heater for the cool nights. The food was delicious both for breakfast and dinner. They gave us complimentary hot drinks at arrival and check out and many other complimentary things, will keep them a secret.:) The staff was great, polite, and smiling. The garden and flowers are pure beauty! Le Grande villa gives you a very boutique feel. They accept Visa, Mastercard incl.Revolut. It didn't work on through my phone but the physical R card worked, in case this might interest anyone. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Would prefer over the Grand, for the boutique feel.

Ms. Yvonne, the homestay manager, has been in touch with me since before my arrival, she was always kind, responsive and very helpful in answering my questions and sharing useful information. The homestay has only two rooms, both cozy and welcoming. Breakfast (with local authenticity) is included, but I highly recommend trying Yvonne’s dinner as well. It was truly amazing. The food was home-cooked with care and authenticity, easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Sri Lanka. Yvonne and her husband, Andrew, are a lovely couple who live next door. They often check in to make sure everything is going well and genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. I was even offered an extra blanket, which made my nights much warmer and more comfortable. The homestay is about 700m from the bus stand and very close to St. Francis Xavier Church. If the weather is nice, it’s an easy walk to Gregory Lake and Araliya Green City, where you can shop for souvenirs or enjoy great cafés and restaurants serving quality food & dessert, coffee and tea. Overall, It was a warm and homely stay, with one of the best home-cooked meals in Sri Lanka. Highly recommended for those who appreciate genuine hospitality.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved every second of it. The apartment complex is only a couple hundred meters away from the main road, and the town is at a walking distance, so everything you need from restaurants to supermarkets is just a few minutes away. The apartment came with a dedicated parking lot that's right next to the elevator. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, so we had a great view of the town and the distant mountains from the balcony. The apartment had pretty much everything we needed, a kitchen with a well equipped pantry, a living room with a TV, 2 bedrooms each having a bed with a spring mattress (the main bed was really really comfy), 2 clean washrooms with hot water (1 common, and 1 attached to the main bedroom). We just had to bring the groceries and cook. Amal, the caretaker, is really pleasant and helpful, so everything from check-in to check-out was really smooth. Our entire stay was relaxing, and we enjoyed so much convenience, so we would recommend this apartment to everyone.

This is property was the nicest of all the quality properties we stayed in during our 20 days in Sri Lanka. It has been recently built/renovated to a very high standard and beautfully decorated. All facilites were of a five star standard. The meals prepared for us by the on-site chef were authenic and delicious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious with extenisve common areas for relaxing. We highly recommend this property as a great way to experience Nuwara Eliya.

Really clean rooms, delicious breakfast, kind and helpful staff. The property is located about a 10 min walk to the centre of nuwara eliya. I had a blissful time here. The manager offers a pick up and drop off to the station for a much cheaper price. He also helped to organise a driver for me who took me to Horton Plains for much cheaper than anyone else offered. Really recommend this place if you’re in this area.
