The apartment truly exceeded our expectations. From the outside, the building looked a bit modest, but inside it was modern, spacious, and beautifully renovated. It had a lift, which was very convenient. We appreciated the free parking options - both on the street and in the yard - with street parking being easier for quick access. The apartment was clean, well-equipped with all the basic amenities, and felt like a comfortable home away from home. The bathroom was modern, clean, and included a bathtub, which we really liked. Having a washing machine in the apartment was very handy, and a public laundry just a few meters away made drying clothes easy. The host was kind and helpful, and communication was clear and straightforward.

It was a nice and clean apartment. Close to city centre. Few bars and parks around. Also big mall quite close. Was a nice staying and great communication with owners

This apartment is very spacious and comfortable. First filing when you reach this place is very upset but it is only outside. Inside is very nice and clean. Very comfortable to stay for short time for i think up to 6 person. And if long term and not couples then it 4 to 5 is very nice. I feel that this is like new facilities. It is more than fully equipped. Existing everything from salt to iron. It was really great staying there. This apartment like pearl in the sea of old fashioned flats.

The property is 11/10! Everything is spotlessly clean, beautifully organized, and has all the comforts you could ask for. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything from cookware and a coffee machine to fresh towels, a hairdryer, and much more. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen, and the tasteful, personal touches in the decor truly make it feel like a home. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the center, with a direct bus to the airport that takes around 30 minutes. There’s also a convenient shop nearby making it easy to pick up anything you might need. If you’re still not convinced, let me tell you about the owner, Mairis. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. Mairis is a kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable host. He’s fluent in both English and Russian, and he went out of his way to provide local recommendations that made my stay even better. Communication was always smooth and prompt, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

All neccessary in place. House looks a bit messy from outside, but the apartement is nice and comfy. Separate bedroom is convinient with kids. Public transport stop right in front of the house- good access to city centre.
