- The quality-price ratio is a 10. It was a promotion because it is new. I suppose the price will increase over time. -Everything is new and very nice. -It is very well located. -The building is historic and is being renovated. There is still work on the stairs. -The elevator is new and fast. The system to collect the key is practical. -The owner communicates via WhatsApp and responds quickly. -At the moment, the building is very quiet because there are almost no neighbors. - Good water pressure and easily adjustable temperature. - New, nice kitchen. -The bed is comfortable although there is not a small table next to it. -There is a supermarket next door. It's small, but it has fruits and vegetables.

The apartment has a very good location. It is about 15 minutes from the city center by tram and the tram stop is next to the building. You can also get to the apartment by trolleybus and it is 5 minutes to the building from the stop. The building and the apartment are opened with a code so it couldn't be easier. The apartment has almost everything you need during the stay e.g. WiFi, towels, coffee machine, washing machine etc. In addition, it is very bright and spacious although it is one room and kitchen annex. We really enjoyed our stay. P.S. There is a big TV but no cable TV. Instead, you can watch Netflix, YouTube and many more.

I felt that the flat is even bigger than on the photos. The owner was super patient with translating all the information and answering questions. He was also extra kind with private parking for longer. And the bed. I think it was one of the most comfortable bed I was sleeping in. Please, when you book keep in mind that it is a bit of walk to the centre. We didn’t mind.

The apartment was clean, cozy and easy to find, the owner was quick to respond to messages and was very polite. There were some shower products, tea bags and toothpaste in the apartment (I'm not sure if they were left there by the owner or previous renters, but it was a nice touch) as well as more than enough towels. The location is very close to several bus stops and stores, so getting around is easy and convenient. Overall, the place was wonderful and if I could rate this at 100 out of 10, I totally would
