Nice clean room - always a good start! The beds were comfy and we had the option of an additional bed if required. Heating and air conditioner in room which was good as we needed the heating when the weather got cold. There was a TV on the wall with Wi-Fi and some on demand services which I didn’t personally use. There was a desk in the room too which was useful and a kettle, mugs, wine glasses and a mini bar so everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the restaurant. They helped me book an extra night and spoke perfect English so it was very easy. Nice breakfast provided, mix of hot and cold foods, salads, cereals, pastries and drinks. Choices of food changed a little bit daily so nice to have some variety. Lobby area was clean and nice with nice clean toilets and a small area for children to play. Lovely restaurant with nice food at reasonable prices and some beautiful heaters. Outside area was immaculate with a nice children’s playground and lovely walks. On the shores of a beautiful lake with a small beach - sadly we came when it wasn’t warm enough to swim but I bet it’s fantastic in summer! I shall definitely return on my next trip to Latvia.

this was my 11 Stay in same City in Same hotel and like always i can see how there improve everything. breakfast wow better than before more better and service was perfect. Cleaning and Comfort like always 100% thanks at the reception new personal all are very friendly and helpfull Spa and Pool perfect. Snob my favorite place:) next time i wish coffe mashine in my room))) and please just a sugest to the hotel Managment 318 Room is vey noised:(

We had a 2-day trip to Riga. Our stay in Konventa Seta hotel was fabulous, right in the beating heart of the old city of Riga! Room was big plenty of space very friendly staff, offering me water and coming to clean room daily. Breakfast was free with my booking and made fresh to hand of what I ordered.would definitely use this hotel again if returning to Latvia. Extremely central as well. So made it easy to visit everything in the city by foot.
