Great property in a nice and quiet residential area but the maintenance and cleanliness is lacking. The property consists of a house with 2 independent dwellings (ground floor and first floor) with separate entrances and 2 inner courtyards. It was not suitable for us as we wanted a 3 bedrooms property, but the division of this one meant separation of our party. The property has modern kitchens, artistic framed paintings, street-nouveau wallpapers and modern beds with sitting furniture. The communication with the owners, caretakers Driss and the cleaning lady was pleasant and efficient.

Situated in Agadir, 1.9 km from Agadir Beach and 1.8 km from Amazighe Heritage Museum, Appartement avec salle de cinema offers air conditioning.

Good afternoon! I would like to thank Salah and Ibrahim for their warm welcome! This is our first time in Morocco, and we decided to visit Agadir. We chose an apartment and we were not disappointed! They greeted us, settled us in, and the apartment has three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a large kitchen-living room. All the furniture is new, modern, and there is a plasma TV in every room, even on the open veranda! The appliances are excellent, and we even used the oven to cook with pleasure! There are enough dishes for a small group, and everything necessary is provided. There is a washing machine on the veranda. In the living room, there is a huge sofa, a table with chairs, a swing, and a projector for watching movies! The renovation is fresh and done with taste; you’ll want to spend all your time in this apartment! Amazing! We were traveling by car, and it’s only a 10-minute drive to the sea. The security in the building is very friendly and attentive, ensuring everything is in order. The photos of the apartment are completely accurate, and it’s even better in real life! Morocco is magnificent, and we will definitely come back. If we return to Agadir, it will only be to these apartments! I recommend it 1000/10.😍🤩❤️‍🔥💯💥

The hotel was perfect, , food was delicious, staff was friendly, helpful and amazing (shoutout to Hafid, you made our stay event better!)
