Great property in a nice and quiet residential area but the maintenance and cleanliness is lacking. The property consists of a house with 2 independent dwellings (ground floor and first floor) with separate entrances and 2 inner courtyards. It was not suitable for us as we wanted a 3 bedrooms property, but the division of this one meant separation of our party. The property has modern kitchens, artistic framed paintings, street-nouveau wallpapers and modern beds with sitting furniture. The communication with the owners, caretakers Driss and the cleaning lady was pleasant and efficient.

An outdoor swimming pool and a sauna, hammam and beauty salon are offered at this residence. It is a 5-minute walk from Agadir Beach and a 10-minute walk from the town centre.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything from the warm welcome to the comfortable setting exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained and the entire hotel carried a subtle, personalized scent that added a touch of luxury to the experience. Amazingly friendly atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble!! Learnt a lot about Morocco and it's people staying here and speaking to the family! Lovely breakfast and was a lovely touch that we were able to break the fast with the family during Ramadan. People in the area very friendly and welcoming as well The souk is within walking distance and is a really great place just ask Ahmed for directions

Everything! Great location right next to the Souk and easy walking distance for places to eat. Kavisha the house keeper was lovely and cooked us great breakfasts and the best chicken tagine one night courtsey of the host.

Location. 100m from the ocean. the landlady, who unfortunately I don't know the name for, but heard family members call her Selma (sorry if not right:)) was very helpful and kind. When we arrived there were internet problems and it wasn't really clear how much we had to pay for the accommodation, but also found a solution,. super! breakfast was on a wonderful roof terrace, great!
