Very nice Riad and super kind people

We found out last minute that a mobile boarding pass wouldn't be accepted for our return flight. After asking for advice on a place to print them, Zacharia went one step beyond and printed them for us off-site late in the night. Saved us €50 each. Bed was comfy, room was spacious.

A big thank you to Saber for his warm and attentive welcome throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time as a family at Riad Chengli. Breakfast on the beautiful terrace with a view was an absolute delight — a real moment of relaxation. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The decor is carefully done, true to the charm of Chefchaouen, with great taste and authenticity. Congratulations to the whole team for creating this little corner of paradise — we will gladly come back!

Great location, close to everything you want to be close to but away from the hassle. The hostel is really clean and facilities are at a high standard. The staff are all really nice, going above and beyond sorting out football tickets in another city etc. There was a misunderstanding with my washing - mistakes happen but it's how someone deals with making a mistake that is a true test of their character. They admitted their fault, were extremely gracious & polite and rectified the situation very quickly.

A new riad in the heart of the old city. Thank you for your warm welcome. The staff were very helpful and always smiling; you'll find them available at any time. The rooms and riad are very clean, and the breakfast is fresh and locally prepared.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Chams in Chefchaouen! The location was perfect, right in the middle of the charming old city, which made exploring easy and fun. Room: Our room was cozy, clean, and had an incredible view of the old city and mountains. Waking up to the fresh air and breathtaking scenery outside our window was a treat. The private toilet was well-maintained and the room had a nice, fresh smell. Staff: The real star of our stay was the staff. Simo, Aziz, Paris, Omar and everyone else went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were all so friendly, welcoming, and just really cool people. They gave us great recommendations for things to do around the city, helped us with our luggage, and were always there with a smile and a kind word. We can't forget about Couscous, the adorable little kitten that the staff clearly dotes on! Food: We always looked forward to breakfast, which was delicious and served by the friendly Omar. We couldn't get enough of the Chefchaouni dish "Bissara/Payssar" and the handmade Jben cheese – it was seriously out of this world! The terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast was the perfect spot to start our day, with the sun rising over the mountains and the city slowly coming to life. Omar's warm hospitality and attention to detail made each breakfast a delightful experience. Terrasse: The view is absolutely stunning, you can see the old city and the mountains stretching out before you, and it's the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of Chefchaouen. Overall, we would definitely recommend Hotel Chams to anyone visiting Chefchaouen. You won't find a better location, more delicious food, or cooler staff anywhere else in the city. Great location, the first time was a wee bit hard to find my location but was ok after that, The Staff were great very help full, The breakfast was served next door it was great, You can eat and drink on the rooftop and a great view, Great historic town all blue, ( The Blue Pearl ), Lots of tourist attraction near by, lots of shops and places to eat and drink,

Perfect location, with good restaurants and the main square nearby, but in a quiet street. A very comfortable little studio apartment, Imad was so helpful, responding to any questions we had, we would definitely stay here again.
