the Staff were very friendly especially abderahim the front desk agent and yousef as well, they answered all my questions the bell man also was very professional assisting with luggage, sincerely the service was great. The hotel had so much personality, great location, amazing services and food. Pool is heated, it's like a small paradise outside the busy medina. Very delicious breakfast included. Highly recommend it if you want a quiet place to stay in and just want to relax.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Can’t beat the hospitality. Rooms were a very nice mix of traditional Moroccan and sleek modern; each one is unique. Breakfast was fantastic. Medina isn’t far, so it was a good central location. Hotel easily set up airport transfers for us.
