We enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo's place very much. A perfect place, very good equipped apartment, tastefully decorated, good beds, beautiful bathroom. Perfectly located: nice old appartmentbuilding with a nice small garden, a quiet corner and no more than 10-15 minutes walk from the Casino place. Lorenzo's communication: beyond expectation. Friendly, very accurate instructions and even tips for our stay in Monaco. Chapeau!

I would like to thank Giancarlo for the wonderful hospitality during my stay. The property is not only impeccably clean and comfortable, but its unbeatable location, just 200 meters from the Casino of Monte Carlo, made everything so easy and enjoyable. I even got to wear high heels without a second thought, which says it all!
I truly appreciated the kindness of Giancarlo and the help with my luggage at both check-in and check-out. It made a big difference and did not go unnoticed.

We didn't expect such a comfortable stay in Monaco for this price.
We stayed with 4 people including a 3 year old child and it was very comfortable.
Easy access from the car park and to tourist attractions (we could walk back to the room from the sea very easily by going through the train station and using the elevator and escalator).
We had breakfast at the nearby Novotel hotel.
Check-in is not a problem as we can contact in advance.
There was a small amount cleaning fee, which we paid in cash, but there were no problems.
Highly recommended. I'll stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in a comfortable room hosted by truly lovely people. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome, and David took the time to explain everything clearly. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute stroll to the city centre and about 10 minutes to the famous casino. Parking was easy too; we left our car at Parking Saint Laurent, only a 5-minute walk away, for €25 per day. Everything was perfect, and we would happily come back again!
