Everything was good.. Extremely welcoming staff, new hotel so very clean. Comfortable bed with all the mod cons incl ability to stream Netflix and YouTube. Good breakfast and very central with seafront only 5 min away. No hotel parking but one adjacent for €14 a day.

The apartment is lovely, well furnished and very clean. In terms of home and kitchen appliances it offers everything that you need during a vacation, whether short or long. I really appreciated the presence of a washing machine (although I didn't have time to use it) and the iron. The locations is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the city center and Les Sablettes beach. If you are travelling by train, I recommend getting off in Menton Garavan. The host also provided clear instructions on how to enter the building, apartment and garage.

Very well equipped and tidy, plenty of cutlery and houseware. Complimentary coffee was provided. There was even a garage for our bikes (or a car, if we had one). Carrefour supermarket and artisan bakery are 100m away.
