We had a wonderful time at this Hotel! It’s definitely a 5 Star Hotel at European standards. Breakfast and dinner were just amazing. Staff was super nice and we met some of the friendliest people ever in a Hotel. Words really cant describe how much we enjoyed staying at the Pan Pacific. If you are in Yangon for business or leisure you need to stay here! We would go back in a heartbeat!

The staff are students and they are really nice. They can speak English. Free breakfast, they have 24 hours receptionist. And they are very helpful. The location is also close to money changers and Sule Pagoda. The bunk bed is huge for me and very comfortable.

Staff were excellent, so friendly and welcoming. I am travelling as a solo female in 2025 and I felt totally safe here in this hotel. The rooftop space was lovely and decently priced, the bedroom was clean and comfortable too, would definitely recommend to a friend!

All the staff were always really friendly, helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the hotel was quite grand. The room was very spacious and comfortable with good aircon so that we could get a good night's sleep in the heat. The location in Downton Yangon was handy for a lot of trips we did, although the immediate street of the hotel had some colourful nightlife but it was safe enough.
