First and most important is to thank you for preparing a surprise for my wife!! We love you!! If you have spent a few days in Hong Kong, the best thing you can do to relax is to come to this hotel. The hotel is located in a fabulous area overlooking the sea or the sea and the beach. We chose the one on the beach. It is wonderful to be woken up in the morning by birds. From the window of the large terrace you are greeted by greenery, birds and wonderful silence. You can see that the hotel has its best years behind it but has huge potential. Beautiful location, unusually polite and caring staff, very good cuisine, huge rooms with comfortable beds, bathroom with shower and bathtub, swimming pools, including an indoor pool and a jacuzzi with 40 degrees water (wonderful). The hotel has a restaurant that serves great meals. Very tasty!! Breakfast is very abundant, diverse. Something good for everyone. The hotel also has a beautiful garden and access to the beach. It is amazing how pleasant the hotel service is, starting with the gentleman at the hotel door, reception, SPA, restaurant and housekeeping. Really everyone is absolutely friendly.

Check-in was smooth, hotel has great decor and being connected to the other hotels, shops and casinos makes it very convenient. The room itself is standard, but the hotel staff are excellent, in my opinion better than what we saw at surrounding hotels. The staff seem genuinely happy working there which is always a huge plus for me. Excellent selection for breakfast and open till late. Room service is a plus.

The property was amazing. Everything and more. The staff were super helpful they made our stay that little bit more special by decorating our room and leaving us a card and rose congratulating us on our 12th year wedding anniversary. It was lovely.

I had a wonderful stay in W Macau hotel to celebrate my birthday. The staffs are very nice. Especially the reception staff Amber, she was so nice and helpful. And the cafe bar, Vn and Carol, they are also very nice. And many thanks the hotel for the surprise bottle of white wine and the cakes. Finally, the Diva Restaurant staffs are also very nice especially the staffs Jenny and Christine.

I like the quietness of the hotel. Staff are always so helpful. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty food. I love my room overlooking the sea. The spaciousness of the lobby and seats are so good and relaxing while waiting for friends or while waiting for taxi.

I had a wonderful stay at The Londoner! I want to give a special shoutout to Frank at the front desk—he was incredibly professional and kind. He went out of his way to upgrade my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. Frank also took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in great detail, which I really appreciated. The service from reception, concierge (shout out to Catherine Lok!) to lift and room cleaning personnel was impeccable! I stayed three nights and everyone attended to my requests immediately in spite of the hotel being fully booked. I booked the Conrad, mainly because of its 9.3 ratings. I think it deserves a 9.6 rating. Take notice of the little details! As taxis are not easy to get in Macau, having great advice from Catherine, the concierge, on how to navigate was very helpful! If you are a foodie, like me, she can recommend great eats! My sincere thanks to Catherine, Jason, Yolanda,Aaron, Vinod, and all personnel of Conrad Hotel.
