The manager and the hotel staff were very accommodating to our stay, the front desk Christine is helpful. My family are really enjoy the stay at St. Regis, the room is clean and comfy also. The location is superb and convenient.

Everything. The best hotel stay I have ever had. All facilities were clean and modern, the rooms were really nice and big! They arranged a banner, balloons and a cake for our anniversary! All amenities, coffee, tea provided. The concierge were amazing. Both times we dealt with Joana and she was so friendly and helpful - she even arranged tickets free of charge for the Eiffel Tower view point

Everything was perfect! We loved every second of our stay. Our room was big and nice. Beds were so comfortable and large. Cleaning was more than excellent. Breakfast was large and tasty. Service was impeccable. We couldn't recommend more!
