The manager and the hotel staff were very accommodating to our stay, the front desk Christine is helpful. My family are really enjoy the stay at St. Regis, the room is clean and comfy also. The location is superb and convenient.

Everything was perfect! We loved every second of our stay. Our room was big and nice. Beds were so comfortable and large. Cleaning was more than excellent. Breakfast was large and tasty. Service was impeccable. We couldn't recommend more!

Exceptional service! It’s by far the best hotel experience I ever had. Front Desk staff named Kent was so professional and accomodating. I liked that he has patience and put extra mile for assisting us during check in. I was celebrating my birthday and surprised that I can get a birthday cake from the hotel as goodwill gesture. That’s amazing! Location is awesome (near MTR station). Food and facilities are next level! I will definitely recommend staying at Grand Hyatt. 10/10
