We absolutely loved the stay in this hotel with all-inclusive. The room with sea view was great. The hotel staff was always friendly and supporting. The hotel facilities with many different restaurants, the spa area and the various pools helped us to relax for one week at this hotel. The food in every restaurant was amazing. The adult-only pool was a nice location to enjoy the days and get some drinks at the pool bar.

The location is not too far from airport and right on a very beautiful beach. The swim up room was large and very comfortable the swim up pool got the sun in the morning. The concierge and all the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and very helpful. There was excellent quality and variety of food in restaurants and room service. There were different pools designed for quiet and social areas with a lovely swim up bar. The sand on the beach was very fine white and beautiful and the ocean was great to swim in.
The coffee bar had the most amazing coffee
30 minute uber ride into Cancun
Daniel who leads the entertainment was amazing good variety of entertainment during the day and night

Absolutely stunning surroundings. Spacious, and gorgeous to walk around. But if you want a hand to get around the resort you can pick from a golf buggy or boat taxi to take you where you want to go.
The beach was absolutely beautiful and well looked after. The beach staff were fabulous and really looked after me.
My room was in the main hotel building. I had a suite with 2 double beds. A beautiful hydrotherapy bath and separate rainfall shower.
My balcony had amazing views of the water and boat taxi stop. I could see for miles around.
The room service was good and staff very attentive. I can't wait to return.
