The hotel is gorgeous, I have rarely seen such beautiful decor that perfectly fits with the natural environment surrounding the area. We were thrilled to find so many different species. But the best feature is the staff, I never met a group of staff where EVERYONE with no exception was so nice, welcoming, friendly and cordial.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at (and I am a hotel professional). The breakfast was the best I have ever experienced anywhere, and the staff were all just wonderful. A special shout out to Mayanin, a waitress who works the pool.

Its a nice suite with everything you need and with great hosts. Great responsivess. Close to the clubs so it can be noisy but we didn't mind. I would recommend going to Isla Mujeres, much better vibe than Cancun.

The pool on the rooftop is really nice, even though the apartment is in front of one of the most beautiful beach of Cancun.
