Very nice staff (like most people in Mexico really), rooms are amazing (very modern, clean and well maintained), some have really great views of the city & the location is ideal overall.. walking distance to historical centre, minerva statue, lots of restaurants and facilities close by.. would 100% recommend staying here!

Nice hotel just a couple of blocks from the Cathedral. Room was very big and comfortable. And, Alex, one of the doormen, was wonderful, greeting me and talking everytime I saw him. I've stayed here before, and I'm sure I'll be back.

This was my second stay and my favourite choice when in Guadalajara. Ina quiet central neighbourhood with great restaurants, bars and cafes a short walk away. Simple self check with pin codes provided. Alejandra is around during the day and always very happy to help.

I loved everything about the hotel and my room! It was cute, clean, quiet, and the staff was very helpful. The location is perfect. I was happy that a light breakfast was included, even though I didn't end up eating at their cafe.

Cleverly converted house that’s been beautifully decorated. Immaculately clean everywhere. Large, well-furnished and equipped rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant and safe location that’s handy for the city centre and for nightlife. Good breakfasts with proper orange juice.

Everything! The ambience is fabulouse and it looks surreal with the interior designs. A well thoight out place. Kudos to the interior designer. The staff were friendly but only one could speak English. The management should consider having a bilingual staff ready to help foreign visitors.
