Wonderful staff and amenities. Especially Juan at pool service and Carlos from the activities team. They were exceptional but all the staff were wonderful! Great pool and perfect being beachside.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was excellent! We were treated so well by all of the staff! We were upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. What an amazing ocean view! You couldn’t ask for a better view!
The day we checked out they also let us stay a few hours past check out time. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Loved the pool deck. Easy access to the beach was also a plus. The staff were very helpful and for us who have limited ability with the Spanish language it was so nice to find there were staff we could converse with and be understood. The maintenance staff were readily available and were able to resolve issues immediately.
