Nice hotel, safe location. 7/11 is just 5 minute walk, with quite a few restaurants and cafes nearby. Parc Espagne is 5 minute's walk, Metro station is 8 minute's walk (unfortunately the Metroline is under reconstruction in January 2025). We liked the breakfast.

Everything! Beds are huge, TV is huge, bathroom is huge. Very comfy tub. The hotel is only open for 6 months now so everything is still new. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Nice and quite area
