We loved the surrealist design of Casa Tamayo. Everywhere you look there are quirky art pieces and sculptures decorating this colonial home in Coyoacan. The garden is also a great little escape from the bustle of CDMX. We only stayed a night before our flight, but the staff for really relaxed about us keeping our belongings there when we find out our flight had been delayed several hours till late in the night. There's free coffee, tea, and sweets in the shared kitchen. Bed was comfy and location just a few blocks over from the heart of Coyoacan.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is an attendant there to help carry bags, open the door and he also even went to pick up items from the convenience store for us. The room is gorgeous and so comfortable. The courtyard and garden is beautifully kept and cleaned. Having breakfast there is really nice. The location is so conveniently close to everything in Coyoacán. Everything is an easy walk within the neighbourhood.

We didn't miss anything at this hotel. The breakfast was great. The hotel is located in Coyoacan near Frida Kahlo Museum. It is a very nice quater of Mexico City. The interior of the hotel is nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The TV even had Netflix. Ximena and Ivan speak english well and were always very nice and helpful. We would also like to thank Carmen and Valeria as well as all other employees for their services!

This was a lovely place with great hosts that are helpful, kind, but leave you to your own as well. The surrounding area was great with a short walk to the always entertaining Zócalo, or city center with a park, fountains, stores, and entertainers. Lots of families and felt very safe, just use common sense. The room was spacious and the garden was beautiful. I felt like I was at home with the care and welcoming the hosts provided.

The hotel represents the place I was visiting, Coyoacan: colonial, mexican, beautiful. It feels like you are in a big house, because it use to be a big house.
