We were warmly welcomed by the staff and supported positively throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a perfect start to the day. Room was large, clean, serviced with beds/pillows really comfortable. Location was safe, calm and ideal for us as a base to travel. For the price point, we were delighted with our boutique stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! Suites MINE is in a perfect location, and the staff is great (we mainly interacted with Edgar, who also helped us to arrange a day trip to Puebla!). The room is super spacious and clean, and the rooftop bar looks pretty too, although we didn't have enough time to try it out! Overall, highly recommended. Thank you!

Such an incredible hotel - it has literally everything - amazing location, beautiful rooms, epic pool, sauna, gym and spa. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was staying in Mexico City. The hotel team were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner at Balta was incredible.

Absolutely the most wonderful and tranquil space in Mexico City. The staff is beyond wonderful and felt like a home away from home. The terrace upstairs was a great space to have, especially for the smaller room to be able to step out into some space. The decor is fantastic and more than worth the price. Would only ever stay here any time I come back to Mexico City.
