The price did not match my expectation - because it was much better than I was expecting with an amazing view! :)
We loved the room, the hotel had a great vibe, the location was central and safe, an easy walk to museums and parks. The staff and the concierge desk were fantastic and even helped us book a table at Ticuchi restaurant nearby which was not available online, such great food and an amazing experience.

The place is in a great location, right next to many restaurants and convenience stores. The neighbourhood is very green, clean and quiet.
The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and very clear in instructions on how to get to the property.

Excellent position far from the noise, but few steps away from restaurant and Lincoln park.
The staff is very nice, always to support you when needed.
The room was spacious and very clean.
I have been here already a few times, and I will use Uliv Parque Lincoln again.

The location is exceptional. It is close to everything. The staff were very helpful and pleasant from the moment I stepped out of my taxi. The atmosphere of the hotel is lovely. The room amenities were exceptional. The bath towels, the robe, the shampoo and conditioner, the toothbrush, the slippers, everything was wonderful. The shower was fantastic. The refrigerator was stocked with water, sodas, beer, and there were plenty of snacks available for the tired guest. All food items and drinks in the room were available at no extra charge. The beds and sheets were top notch. So nice, so comfortable. The room had no exterior city view. There was a window with an interior view which was fine as the pleasantness of the room and offerings more than made up for the lack of an exterior view. How much time am I spending in the room when I am on vacation, not much. I mostly want a comfortable bed and a pleasant place. The Alest is wonderful. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and if you wished you could have your breakfast brought to your room at no extra charge. Breakfast was exceptional. I ate in the lovely dining area and service was wonderful. Wonderful boutique hotel. Staff was excellent. Hotel was comfortable and inviting after a long day of touring. Check in was at 3 and check out was between 12 and 1 pm. Fantastic Place! 10/10
