I had the self contained unit. It is newly renovated and the owners have thought of every detail, including almost roof to floor windows. It has everything you need, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and they supply you with more than enough real coffee (thank you 🙌🏼). This room is set at the back of the property, which means it was quiet and you can leave windows open over night. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into town and safe.

The hotel turned out to be way better than expected. Room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Shower was great, hot water and great pressure. The spa at the hotel was really good. The pool is heated. The hotel is located right next to a main road, but somehow remained quite hidden, not affected by the noise or traffic at all. It is walking distance to the historic part of Puebla, location wise, it's perfect! We drove, there is free valet parking at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Puebla.
