I absolutely loved my stay at Una Vida, the ladies at the concierge were super helpful. From arranging airport transfers through to smooth check in & ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. I also lucked out with my lil sanctuary, I loved my lil apartment, everything about this place is simply gorgeous. Thank you

a real gem of a place beautiful clean pool..breakfast was good but a little too much the same each day..the owner and staff very friendly and helpful..this place is like home with dogs cats bees and chickens..the best part for me was there was ample hot water for my must have showers

Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and friendly. They are available for anything you need. Antonella is more than great! She gave us multiple recommendations in terms of visits, where to rent scooters and ATV; and coordinated transportation for us to/froma irport and Chichen Itza(very last minute - thank you!). The apartments are beautiful, and equipped with all the essentials. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance as well as small stores for shopping and grocery stores. We rented ATVs and were able to see a lot of Tulum. Would definitely come again. Thank you for everything!
