Even though it’s not in a prime location in tulum you don’t feel it because of the great facilities in the place.
Don’t miss the wonderful activities the hotel offers, top quality team runs it!

Everything! The hotel grounds were beautiful, room was really nice. Erica was so helpful and answered every question we had about Tulum. She gave us some really great recommendations to give us the best holiday possible. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Una Vida and his twin hotel Hotel Bardo (you can use both pools and restaurants) are very well designed with a strong attention to detail, definitely look like a small heaven in which we enjoyed staying by the pool in a peaceful and flourished environment with good quiet music. Delicious breakfast and staff always smiling! Near the centre (max 15mn by walk). Special note to the Guest Experience Staff that was super attentive and responsive regarding an issue with some noisy neighbors during a night.

Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and friendly. They are available for anything you need. Antonella is more than great! She gave us multiple recommendations in terms of visits, where to rent scooters and ATV; and coordinated transportation for us to/froma irport and Chichen Itza(very last minute - thank you!). The apartments are beautiful, and equipped with all the essentials. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance as well as small stores for shopping and grocery stores. We rented ATVs and were able to see a lot of Tulum. Would definitely come again. Thank you for everything!

He is an amazing host! The first step we step into Botanica it felt like home! The hospitality was so great! Nothing was to much for them, you can ask anything.
The breakfast was outstanding.
If you are sitting at the pool it is if you are laying middle in the jungle!
We were there at NYE and Fernando made some great cocktails and dinner for all the guests! Also included was the wine, beer, sodas! Together with some friends of Fernando and rhe guests we celebrated 2023/2024!
We definitly come back next year! Botanica makes the vibe of Tulum so much better!

Really welcoming and friendly people. A small hotel kept with love and lots of details. Beautiful lush garden, lots of privacy and all you need for the room and the pool. They kindly changed my dates, stored my bag, helped me with travel arrangements and useful tips around Tulum.
Rooms are spacious, beds are good, showers hot. Coffee maker in the room and hot/cold water refill available. Really, a great choice!

We had a great stay at Layla Tulum. It was very small and cute hotel. The staff was very friendly. The girls at the reception were always ready to help us with suggestions. The place is located close to lot of nice restaurants and the rooms were clean. Ps the hamburgers and the hummus were also delicious.
