Location ( near our independence square/stadium) , second tallest buildings in the world , friendly staff, room at 101 floors, swimming pool at 99th floor, great view from every corner of the hotel, huge room with full amenities, great people working at this hotel, great food, really glad to stay on August 08 because it was the hotel first night to accept guests plus August is my birthday, plus so close to other tourist attractions. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will plan to visit again.

The location is excellent, very near to many cool places. The view was amazing both in the morning and at night. The pool is the highlight of the place with the view, condition and service. If I had to mention something, it would be that the place could have been cleaned better but the excellent service of the host makes up for it for sure!

The location was excellent, right between KLCC and Bukit Bintang. Shopping malls, restaurants and attractions were all nearby, yet inside it felt calm and private.
The Executive Suite was spacious, very clean and had a stunning city view. It came with everything I needed including a kitchen, washing machine, big TV, iron and even a terrace. It felt more like my own apartment than just a hotel room.
The rooftop infinity pool with the Petronas Towers in the background was unforgettable, especially at night. The gym was well equipped, WiFi was strong and parking was available.
Check-in was quick and easy. The host was polite, professional and very helpful, which made the stay stress free.

We already stayed multiple times at the Swiss Garden Hotel, the rooms are nice, the staff is very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. We were sad to hear that the hotel will no longer exist as swiss garden. Hopefully the new one offers the same anameties.
