We love everything: room is so comfortable, staffs are friendly and professional and location is great. We have travelled to more than 30 countries and stayed in so many different hotels, ruma is definitely our top 3. What makes it outstanding is the amazing staffs and their eyes on details. My husband and I got sick at the first two days of stay. Hotel prepared plain porridge even though it is not at their menu; they noticed I don’t have a bookmark for my book and put one next to my book; we extended our stay for three times ( that also tells how great is the hotel) and they helped us to arrange everything at our most convenience. We couldn’t recommend enough this hotel and can’t wait to come back again.
