Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

Really loved my stay here. This place was a fraction of the price of the Sunway Pyramid Hotel but in my opinion better room, better views, bigger space, more privacy, etc. and didn't have the sound problems you have with hotel rooms. No breakfast but plenty of eating options in the mall.
