If this is a 2-star hotel then 5-star hotels in Maputo must be mindblowing. Here's what I liked:
- Daily cleaning with complimentary water every day
- The room has AC, hot water, and a smart TV (I never used it)
- The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a situation where I was being severely overcharged in the city. I called the hotel and they called someone nearby to come sort the bill - that was very thoughtful.
- The location is near banks and some restaurants.

Reliable and cheap regarding organized taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel. Very friendly staff and owner. Small room but very well maintained and very clean. Everything works properly, i.e. AC, shower, internet, good mattress. Breakfast good, fruits good, a real coffee is available on demand. Good PQR.

This is a very special place: location is great (walking distance to restaurants, café, taxi, supermarkets), decorated with great taste and style, with friendly and accomodating managers and staff and a beautiful terrace. Very comfortable bed too! Highly recommended.

The lovely people of Sundown went out of their way to help and accommodate me after I realized that I did not want to spend a second night in the Green Stay House Hotel in Maputo. Within the hour Mr. Bernardo came to pick me up from there and I arrived to a beautiful room with all the amenities, with breakfast on the patio and a relaxing atmosphere.
