Staff were courteous Good location next to beach and mall. Mix of everything. I missed my earbuds while checking out. The hotel staff could trace it and hand it over to me at the airport. Felt nice.

The view from the room (11th floor) was excellent of the Cathedral, the Katembe bridge and the city. The unit was clean and we were upgraded at no additional charge. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and provided for the entire families differing tastes and requests.

The hotel is very close to the train station and also the central market. The staff was kind and the room was very clean. I saw other travellers complaining the room was small, but I found mine to be a standart size. The double bed was very big and comfortable. The hotel is also a walkable distance from Intercape bus office, so perfect for travellers who continue their journey by bus. Breakfast was tasty and I felt completely safe inside the hotel.

The hosts Miguel and Martin are good people. They were accommodating and very helpful. I am not fluent in Portuguese, which is the country’s language, but they supported me with most of my needs like getting a taxi, suggesting tourist attractions and ordering food etc. I really enjoyed my stay and I look forward to coming again.

Lovely place, we had a great time at Imelda‘s guesthouse. The orange room is very spacy clean and comfortable. Imelda is such a wonderful host, the breakfast was delicious!
