From the moment we arrived the hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ready to help with information about the City.
They also provided a list of restaurants near to the hotel of which we tried 3 different varieties, Italian, Indian and Indonesian.
All 3 were very good value.

Good location: it’s easy to get anywhere in Amsterdam, yet the hotel is located in a quiet side street. There was no noise outside, we could sleep with the windows open. The receptionist made us feel very welcome when we arrived early and made sure we got a room close to our friend, who had arrived some days earlier. We had not asked for that, because we didn’t think of it, but it made our short time together much better! The breakfast is delicious. A perfect choice of things to eat, all looking fresh and tasty.
