The staff was super friendly and very helpful with everything. the room was spacious with a nice view, clean bathroom and comfy bed, albert heijn is 2 mins by walk, the bus stop is super close and it takes you to centraal very conveniently. overall amazing hotel good price not too busy and really good location

It has all that we needed for a family of 5 to stay comfortably. Kitchen was well-equipped with all you need to cook your own meals. The beds are really comfortable, including the big sofa bed. Location is excellent, very close to the tram station. Supermarkets and halal butchers are just across the road from the apartment. There’s a laundry room at the basement for us to use (complimentary for the time being), so that was very nice. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay.

exceptional quality for the money spent. very clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff super nice. i especially loved the spaces for us for sharing groceries with others so they won’t go to waste. we could also rent bikes which were in pretty good shape and the price was totally reasonable. the resident cat was our favourite :)

The staff were fantastic and gave good advice and information. We were able to do an early check-in for a small fee of 15e and leave our luggage safely in their storage facility for free. We also received a free upgrade on our room as it was a special birthday celebration. We are so grateful for this consideration. The room itself was lovely. The beds were clean and comfortable. The tv and fridge worked perfectly. Public transport was also easily accessible and the area was very quiet.

Everything! Beautiful and comfortable room and hotel. The room was ready for us early in the morning, they gave us free drinks for our birthday celebration. The location 3 min from the metro station, 10 min to city center. Great value for the price.

Very nice Hotel, not so far from the city center. Very nice balcony and view of the canals. Super friendly staff and very cooperative, I’ve been in Amsterdam several times and this is definitely my favourite so far!

The staff was really kind and the breakfast was quite decent. We were there in January and thanks to the heating system the cabin was warm. I can recommend it to other travellers without doubts.
