Telling people it is perfectly clean or super comfortable would be wrong. But, it is a houseboat, it is Amsterdam and therefore you get best value for money It is a great expirience when water-birds swim by and you are living by the river for a few days.

The room was spacious, with comfortable beds. The shower was great and lovely thick towels. There was a fridge and coffee and tea making facilities. The location was a short tram ride to the centre.

Sir Albert is located only 600 metres from Museum Square and Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. Leidse Square and the famous canal district are a 15-minute walk.

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Soaps were divine. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't meet any staff, but response time for messages was good and they kindly accommodated an early check-in.
