The houseboat was perfect. It was clean and warm and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and right on the river. Quiet and lots of lovely birds swimming past. A short tram ride into the city and also to the Ziggodome.

It is an above average accommodation. The room was a bit small but enough for 2-3 nights. The hotel is located near the tram station and it is easy to reach the center. It is also easy to reach the museum area. In addition, coffee and tea in the room.

The hospitality was amazing. I was greeted with a huge smile at the front desk and a glass of Prosecco. I arrived at 11am and was able to check into my room immediately. Ample towels were provided. Breakfast was amazing and so was dinner at the restaurant (Izakaya). Lastly, I called front desk for a couple glasses of Prosecco and a kind lady arrived at the door in a matter of minutes. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Soaps were divine. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't meet any staff, but response time for messages was good and they kindly accommodated an early check-in.
