The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and inviting. The whole atmosphere was relaxed but very professional. I particularly liked the coffee and treats that were free and available to guests, it was a lovely touch. I also used the open area where I could work and make calls. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The houseboat is easy to find and very centrally located. There are no loud noises, so we had a restful sleep every night. The view from the window is unique. Besides from the boats there were also friendly ducks and seagulls passing, yet you can enjoy enough privacy at all times by adjusting the shades.
Right across the street you can find a big supermarket as well as restaurants and bars by feet.
Susan is a very kind and helpful host with precious recommendations to explore the city.
